The role
Compass Health Center is seeking passionate clinical professionals to join their expanding behavioral health team for a new location in Golden Valley, MN. This role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy within the Mood & Anxiety Program, with opportunities for cross-training in specialized trauma and substance use services. Clinicians will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment that bridges the gap between outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care.
What you'll do
- Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy to patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in the Mood & Anxiety Program.
- Utilize CBT and DBT frameworks to address patient needs.
- Engage in cross-training for specialized services including OCD, trauma, and substance use.
- Participate in the development of new adolescent and adult programs.
What it takes
- Licensed Psychologist or Master’s level therapist.
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Experience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, or residential psychiatric settings preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary clinical team.
- Passion for patient-centered care and cultural humility.
