Clinical Supervisor

The role

Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight and clinical leadership for their short-term Respite program assisting adults with mental illness. The role involves conducting intakes and assessments, guiding staff on evidence-based interventions, and facilitating therapeutic group sessions. The successful candidate will ensure client-centered recovery plans are implemented effectively while providing on-call crisis support.
