What you'll do

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of the Jail Diversion service delivery
  • Co-respond to calls received through 911 and other police lines
  • Complete intakes, assessments, and crisis plans
  • Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic groups
  • Support staff development and serve as on-call clinical backup
  • Support data collection and reporting efforts

What it takes

  • Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
  • Master’s degree
  • At least four years experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and maintain a personally owned vehicle
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
