Clinical Supervisor

The role

Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their Adult Community Clinical Services team to provide evidenced-based care to adults with severe mental illness. This role involves conducting client assessments, facilitating individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to case managers and direct care staff. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with leadership skills to foster a person-centered, strengths-based approach to recovery.
