The role
The Clinical Operations, Shift Manager (COSM) provides critical administrative and clinical leadership during non-business hours across UHN hospital sites. The role involves managing patient flow, hospital capacity, and emergent site issues while ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between units, staff, and external stakeholders to support the hospital's operational and clinical goals.
