The role

The Clinical Director of Virtual Care Programs provides clinical and operational leadership for Telehealth services, centralized follow-up, and patient navigation across six states. The Director will drive quality assurance, workflow optimization, and program development to ensure patient-centered care. What you'll do

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision for APCs, RNs, and patient navigation staff.
  • Develop and standardize Telehealth clinical protocols and care paths.
  • Lead quality assurance audits and implement corrective action plans.
  • Manage cross-state clinician licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison across affiliate medical leadership and service lines.

What it takes

  • Active, unrestricted NP, CNM, or PA license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Minimum 10 years clinical experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in telehealth, care coordination, or centralized follow-up systems.
  • Strong proficiency in EHR systems, preferably EPIC.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in IN, KY, ID, WA, AK, and HI.
