Clinical Coordinator

The role

The Clinical Coordinator for the Ambulatory Multi Organ Transplant team will facilitate clinical activities and manage patient care across the continuum. This role involves performing patient care and educational responsibilities while actively participating in quality improvement and research initiatives. The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and high professional standards at Toronto General Hospital.
