The role

WellPower is seeking Clinical Case Managers to provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services for individuals involved in the criminal justice system. This role involves assessing, monitoring, and following up with clients to improve their ability to function in the community.

What you'll do

  • Assess, monitor, and follow up with clients to improve their ability to function in the community.
  • Provide transportation to clients as needed (mileage reimbursed).
  • Attend court with clients; coordinate and provide transportation.
  • Conduct outreach in jails, shelters, hospitals, and the community.
  • Support daily living skills and assist with employment referrals.

What it takes

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human services degree.
  • One year experience in mental health or human services preferred.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s license and a recent clean driving record.
  • Ability to transport clients in your vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain and carry Business Use coverage on your auto policy (additional cost is reimbursed).
