What you'll do
- Support Intake/Outreach, Client Voices, and RCA specialists with data entry and document organization
- Assist clients with booking and preparing for intake appointments
- Provide live translation in Spanish or Haitian Creole
- Execute outreach campaigns via phone, message, and email
- Coordinate client events and collect feedback
- Research community resources and networks
What it takes
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish/Haitian Creole preferred)
- Current or recent enrollment in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related fields
- Experience with data entry and case management software
