The role

The Classroom Counselor provides academic and behavioral support to students with emotional and behavioral challenges in a K-12 school setting. The role involves implementing positive behavior interventions, de-escalating crises, and collaborating with educators to foster an inclusive classroom environment. The counselor monitors student progress through data collection and works closely with families and staff to ensure student success.
