The role
The incumbent will provide support in the efficient management of Claims and Property Survey programme in UNGSC, including administrative and secretariat functions for Local Claims Review Board (CRB) and Local Property and Survey Boards (LPSB).
What you'll do
- Prepare and present cases to the Local Property Survey Board (LPSB) and Claims Review Board (CRB)
- Provide administrative support to the Chairperson of CRB
- Prepare and disseminate recommendations and approval of LPSB and CRB
- Review and analyze compensation claims
- Manage staff-initiated accident and incident reports
- Follow-up on cases with third party insurance representatives
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in Property Management and/or Fixed Asset management
- Certificate in data analytics, business analytics or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in claims and property survey
- Experience in the field of property write-off and disposal
- UN Language Framework Level II in English
