- Physically welcome UNSMIS’ clients, respond to telephone calls and email queries, create work orders in i-Need as necessary
- Act as back-up to Claims Agent who deals with accidents and perform related duties
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Specialization in accounting, IT or equivalent is desirable
- At least seven (7) years of experience in administrative services, client services, benefits administration or related areas
- Knowledge of UN Language Framework and proficiency in English at UN Level III
- Desirable languages: Arabic, French, Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, Spanish, Dutch
