The role
The Hutto Family YMCA is seeking a caring, fun-loving, and energetic individual to join their ChildWatch team, working with children aged 6 weeks to 13 years.
What you'll do
- Work with children aged 6 weeks to 13 years
- Be on your feet for the entire shift
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Handle a busy environment
- Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be CPR/First Aid & Safety certified or willing to be certified within 30 days
What it takes
- High school Diploma/GED preferred
- At least 16 years of age
- 12 months experience working with children (preferred)
- Friendly, courteous, enthusiastic, possess a cooperative attitude, and be a team player
- Willing and able to work a variety of shifts, on weekends, and evenings
