The role

The Child Watch Assistant provides active supervision and ensures the safety and well-being of children within the YMCA Child Watch program. This role involves maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children aged six weeks to eleven years while modeling the YMCA's core values. The assistant is responsible for following all health and safety protocols, managing emergency situations, and fostering positive relationships with families.
