The role
Eliot is seeking Child and Family Relief staff to join their Social Services division, providing a safe, structured, and respectful environment for children to thrive, change, and grow.
What you'll do
- Daily coordination of children in executing the plan of the day in accordance with program policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
- Conduct supervision of assigned youth and safely transport children to activities, appointments, and school.
- Serve as an advocate for assigned youth and monitor behaviors to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
