The role

Eliot is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Relief staff member to provide specialized support and care for children aged 0-12 in a residential setting. The role involves maintaining a safe, structured environment, implementing individual service plans, and advocating for the needs of youth healing from trauma. Successful candidates will act as positive role models while coordinating daily activities and ensuring the well-being of the children in the program.
