Child and Family Relief

The role

Eliot is seeking Child and Family Relief staff to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children in a residential and emergency placement program. You will work within a dedicated team to support children's healing through treatment and skill-building activities. Responsibilities include daily coordination, implementing Individual Service Plans, supervising youth, and providing transportation. The role focuses on serving as a positive role model and advocate to help children thrive.
