The role

The Child, Adolescent, and Youth Engagement Technical Advisor will lead the technical direction and operationalization of community-based psychosocial support and community-based initiatives within SEED’s Child, Adolescent, and Youth Engagement thematic pillar.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the technical authority for the thematic pillar
  • Translate SEED’s strategic goals into actionable interventions
  • Lead the creation of SOPs, policies, and guidance documents
  • Ensure all technical products are culturally sensitive and contextually relevant
  • Provide technical advice to support program development and implementation
  • Contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, Social Work, or Public Health
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in technical leadership or advisory roles
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in the humanitarian or development sector
  • Proven experience in strategic program design and providing technical supervision
  • Proven track record of building staff capacity through training, coaching, and mentorship
