  • Facilitate partnerships with donors, Pillar Leads, and national government officials.

  • Advanced degree in Environment, Water Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (or 9 years with a Bachelor's).
  • Experience managing large-scale projects exceeding $20 million.
  • Demonstrated expertise in climate change adaptation and early warning systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage.
