What you'll do
- Implement HCPT's strategic plan and vision
- Lead internal business support functions and outsourced partners across finance, HR, and IT

- Strong demonstrable financial leadership and management of a medium-sized charity with a turnover of £4m plus, and a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong experience of developing and delivering improvement methodology in change management programmes
- Strong understanding of UK charity governance, safeguarding, and financial management
