- Ensure administrative and compliance systems effectively support country-level program goals.

- 7+ years in strategy, People Management, or HR business partnering.
- 3+ years of direct team management experience.
- Experience with Ethiopia labor laws and donor-facing compliance.
- Strong financial fluency including budget and salary modeling.
