- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in business administration, engineering, logistics, medical, ICT, or related field
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in at least three areas: fleet management, ICT, medical services, construction, building management, facilities management, or contract management
- At least 5 years of management experience in service delivery, including 2 years managing logistics operations in an international environment
- Experience in planning, deployment, or sustaining field operations and liquidation or drawdown of peacekeeping missions is desirable
