The role
The Chief Development Officer is responsible for leading a comprehensive fundraising program to support Center Theatre Group’s mission and strategic priorities.
What you'll do
- Serve as a thought partner to the Managing Director/CEO
- Lead a team of approximately 20 individuals across various development areas
- Oversee the generation of total contributed revenue
- Spearhead an organization-wide strategic plan for fundraising
- Foster the strategic, best practices participation of CTG stakeholders in fundraising initiatives
- Drive the pursuit of corresponding fundraising priorities and major capital initiatives
