Eliot is seeking an empathetic CBHC Recovery Coach to provide quality treatment and support to clients in their Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program.
What you'll do
- Provide interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement for individuals
- Utilize lived experience to support and educate the client’s recovery
- Provide client perspectives to multidisciplinary team
- Assist the team and individuals with ongoing assessment and evaluation of symptoms and effectiveness of staff interventions
- Contribute to the development of treatment plans for each client, including triage/urgent care and CBHC team services
- Support stabilization and evaluations in the community
