The role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking a caseworker to provide direct support, case management, and protection services to refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable populations in El Salvador. The role involves developing individual action plans, facilitating service referrals, and coordinating with local organizations and civil society partners.
