The role
The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to refugees and other ORR-eligible immigrants to support a positive integration experience and the achievement of client self-sufficiency.
What you'll do
- Conduct intakes and needs assessments
- Develop Family Self-Sufficiency Plans and Individual Employability Plans
- Provide trauma-informed case management services
- Coordinate access to housing, benefits, healthcare, education, and employment services
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain relationships with community partners and service providers
