The role
Launch Housing is seeking a Case Manager to provide tenancy support and advocacy to public housing tenants and residents in Melbourne’s north catchment and inner/middle catchments, with a focus on sustaining tenancies and preventing homelessness.

What it takes
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing human services, social work or related discipline
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or a related field (highly desirable)
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, VCAT, and Office of Housing policies and procedures
- High degree of initiative and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
