The role

Launch Housing is seeking a Case Manager for its Tenancy Plus program in Melbourne, providing support and advocacy to public housing tenants at risk of homelessness.

What you'll do

  • Effective delivery of outcome-focused client services
  • Providing case management and support to social housing tenants
  • Engaging with clients to determine eligibility for the organization's services

What it takes

  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing human services, social work or other relevant discipline
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline (highly desirable)
  • Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, VCAT, Office of Housing policies and procedures
  • High degree of initiative and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
