The role
Médecins Sans Frontières en Suisse is seeking a Case Manager Lead to oversee the day-to-day administrative case management related to alerts and complaints received by the organization, ensuring timely and high-quality handling of all cases.
What you'll do
- Ensure that all reported complaints are addressed and handled in accordance with protocols
- Coordinate all communications related to case management
- Ensure strategic and technical advice is provided to case managers
- Oversee the work of MSF case managers and investigation teams
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement
- Serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders

- 3 years of experience in Case Management supervision or administrative investigations
