- Perform mandatory monthly home visits and attend agency-wide meetings.
What it takes
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with families facing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders.
- Experience working with justice-impacted populations and women with histories of trauma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and case management database software.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
