The role

What you'll do
- Provide case management services to clients at Access Triage Center
- Schedule and arrange client medical, psychiatric, and continuing care appointments
- Maintain appropriate notation and documentation in client file
- Provide timely crisis intervention when needed
- Meet with all clients while at Triage to determine case management and referral needs
- Assist with data entry into EHR system as needed
What it takes
- Experience providing case management services in a mental health or substance use disorder program in the non-profit sector
- Bachelors in psychology or a related field, Masters preferred
- Experience working with individuals in crisis
- Experience working in a crisis setting
- Current registration or certification with either Substance Use state certifying body in California (CAADE/CCAPP/CADTP), preferred
- Bilingual in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog
