The role
ICU is seeking a Case Manager to lead the identification and selection of project beneficiaries according to vulnerability criteria in Jordan.
What you'll do
- Manage individual beneficiary case files from identification to enrolment or referral
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Enumerators
- Conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments
- Provide beneficiaries with guidance on project services

- Liaise with local CBOs and community leaders
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field
- At least 2 years of case management experience
- Good knowledge of referral pathways and protection services in Jordan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with beneficiary databases
- Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English
