The role
ICU is seeking a Case Manager to lead the identification and selection of project beneficiaries in Karak, Jordan, focusing on vulnerable Syrian refugees and Jordanians, particularly women, youth, and persons with disabilities.
What you'll do
- Manage individual beneficiary case files from identification to enrolment or referral
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Enumerators
- Conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments

- Liaise with local CBOs and community leaders
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field
- At least 2 years of case management experience
- Good knowledge of referral pathways and protection services in Jordan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with beneficiary databases
- Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English
