The role
Compass Family Services is seeking a Case Manager to support homeless families in San Francisco with accessing and maintaining quality subsidized childcare for their children aged 0-5.
What you'll do
- Screen families for eligibility for subsidized childcare options
- Meet with families to assess their childcare preferences
- Support families in enrolling their children in care and addressing barriers
- Regularly check in with clients in subsidized care
- Help parents set employment or educational goals
- Resolve communication challenges between families and childcare providers
