What you'll do
- Conduct outreach, intake, and eligibility screening for youth participants.

- Cultivate partnerships with employers and community stakeholders to expand career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with WIOA and organizational standards.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in human services.
- Proven experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills for multi-cultural environments.
