The role
The Field Coordinator provides field and operational support to help CCYC crews complete projects safely and effectively, including training Crew Leaders, coordinating with BEP staff and agency partners, maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting crews at remote project sites.
What you'll do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized CCYC Basecamp
- Assist with crew de-rigs and equipment resupply
- Support project data collection and photography
- Provide support, evaluation, coaching, and guidance to Crew Leaders
- Enforce organizational policies in the field and at Basecamp
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency call schedule
