The role

The Camp Counselor at Camp Evergreen is responsible for supervising 12-16 children in an outdoor day camp environment, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. This role involves facilitating recreational activities, providing mentorship, and maintaining a positive, nurturing atmosphere for campers aged 3 to 14. Counselors work as part of a team to develop educational and fun programs, while also assisting with daily camp operations and facility organization.
