The role
The California Organizer will recruit and mobilize members and volunteers to support legislation and candidates who support reproductive freedom, focusing on community engagement and digital organizing tactics.
What you'll do
- Build and execute volunteer/member engagement programs
- Drive campaigns for reproductive freedom
- Support the planning and execution of annual Lobby Day
- Collaborate with National Organizing and Digital Organizing teams
- Represent Reproductive Freedom for All in local and statewide coalitions
- Recruit new, diverse volunteers

- Demonstrated ability to develop organizing plans and hit goals
- Skilled in organizing tactics like tabling, phone recruitment, canvassing
