The role

Inkomoko is seeking experienced entrepreneurs to serve as Business Mentors for the Mastercard Foundation-supported FAST program. Mentors will provide strategic guidance, technical assistance, and network connections to early-stage youth founders across East and Horn of Africa countries. This is a 6-month, part-time consultancy role focused on empowering entrepreneurs from diverse and marginalized backgrounds. Mentors will conduct virtual discovery meetings and track business development milestones throughout the engagement.

What you'll do

  • Conduct one-on-one virtual discovery meetings to assess venture health.
  • Provide technical assistance in business modeling, financial management, and sales.
  • Help entrepreneurs navigate regional business regulations and tax requirements.
