The role
The Business Development Coordinator will lead and coordinate institutional funding and business development activities at the country level, supporting the Bangladesh Country Team to strengthen its donor engagement, funding pipeline, and proposal development.

- Demonstrated experience in institutional fundraising and proposal development, donor engagement, and consortium approaches
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams and diverse environments
