What you'll do
- Develop work plans with clear objectives for processor development.
- Build relationships with processors and producer associations.
- Identify and facilitate new buyer relationships in domestic and international markets.

- Support processors in obtaining food safety and sustainability certifications.
- Lead market analysis to inform entry and pricing strategies.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in agribusiness, food processing, or supply chain development.
- Strong knowledge of cashew value chains and buyer networks.
- Success in market access, B2B partnerships, and certification adoption.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel within WAEMU countries.
