The role

The organization is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP/EPM Business Analyst to join their team until March 2027. The role involves collaborating with Finance and Technical teams to redesign financial business processes aligned with Oracle Fusion systems. The successful candidate will lead workshops, define requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead structured workshops with Finance, People Operations, and Technology teams to capture requirements.
  • Define and maintain robust, testable acceptance criteria for system solutions.
  • Analyze cross-module impacts across ERP, HCM, Payroll, and Reporting systems.
  • Support discovery, testing, and validation by coordinating scenario-based testing.
  • Document key process and data flows including Chart of Accounts structures.
  • Identify training gaps for EPM workforce module and propose solutions.

What it takes

  • Experience in Business Analysis within Oracle Fusion Financial Management Modules.
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Experience with EPM modules.
  • Desirable: Experience working on a Chart of Accounts project within Oracle.
  • Must be located in the UK and willing to travel to Watford regularly.
