The role
The Building Engineer will perform preventive and routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and systems; including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building repairs.

- Providing daily maintenance and upkeep of the building

- Executing emergency procedures on building systems

- Class ‘A’ Engineers license for Boilers or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
- Building Certification Type A, HVAC Certification, EPA Universal HVAC license
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 55lbs or more
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities
- Valid Driver’s License
