The role

Support Semafor’s flagship live journalism events by compiling and synthesizing complex logistical information, drafting briefing packets, and researching key talking points.

What you'll do

Compile and synthesize complex logistical information
Draft, format, and distribute briefing packets
Research key talking points and gather speaker and attendee biographies
Support events team with other duties as required

What it takes

1–2 years of experience in journalism, communications, Capitol Hill, or executive assistance
Impeccable judgment, comfort with ambiguity
Exceptional project management skills
Strongest communication skills, both written and verbal
