The role

The Brand & Content Manager will develop and produce compelling content for Bat Conservation International, ensuring the organization's voice is consistent and engaging across various channels.

What you'll do

  • Lead BCI's editorial strategy, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, messaging, and quality across all communications.
  • Create and produce compelling content across web, email, social media, video, publications, and print.
  • Work with experts to turn complex scientific and conservation work into engaging, accessible stories.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content planning, workflows, approvals, and production schedules.
  • Serve as Managing Editor for BATS Magazine, the Annual Report, and other major organizational publications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Strategy, Philanthropy, and Conservation teams to support campaigns, fundraising, and audience engagement.
