The role
The Branch Manager will lead operations in one of Lapaire’s Optical Centers in Uganda, driving sales growth, managing a team, and implementing performance-boosting strategies.

- Proficient in financial reporting, data analysis, and tools such as Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
