The role

KIPP Academy Boston is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral analysis and intervention support for students in grades K-8. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and training school staff and families on behavioral strategies. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to support student success and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
