Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The role

KIPP Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide behavioral analysis and intervention support for students in grades K-8 across our Lynn and Boston campuses. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing training to school staff and families. This is a collaborative position that works within a multidisciplinary clinical team to foster an inclusive and supportive school environment.
