The role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Rocketship Public Schools will design and implement high-quality behavioral programming and resources for students with significant needs. This role involves collaborating with school-based staff, families, and IEP teams to facilitate interventions, coach staff on behavioral implementation, and provide direct student support. The BCBA will also contribute to school-wide systems like PBIS and MTSS to foster an inclusive and effective educational environment.
