What you'll do
- Confirm all information regarding blood drives with coordinators/sponsors and communicate details to production planning staff
- Serve as a liaison between customers and staff, handle inquiries and requests
- Prepare and maintain account files, including correspondence and operational records
- Localize blood drive collateral and send thank you notes to customers
- Handle inside sales support for the Recruitment District team
- Provide review and initiate applicable follow up for the Print Cost Model and exceptions process

- High School or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of computer office products
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Current valid driver's license and good driving record
